Eat a good breakfast of proteins. Eat well and your body is stronger.

The only way to strengthen muscles is to challenge them and build the muscles up. Lifting weights (starting out slow) and gradually building up to heavier and heavier amounts and over a period of time, the muscles in the body become stronger and more capable of performance.

This is tricky stuff. I assume he works a lot. I would suggest he work on his "Squatting and Curling Muscles"

Legs (Quadriceps, Hamstrings)
Back (Middle Upper and Lower rhomboids/lats)
Arms (Biceps, Triceps and Shoulders)

Squats, Deadlifts, Bicep Curls, Tricep Extensions and Shoulder Presses.

Here is a good workout routine for him to do.

I hope this helps. Follow the link below.

Ask him which muscle are sore. Those are the ones that need the exercise.

There are straps that can be used to life furniture and not use as much muscle. Have him investigate those. He should be careful not to do some lasting damage to his body.

you do no longer would desire to be good at crunches. they are loose and require no machines to do. they are between the final and least perplexing to do and don't take plenty time. in simple terms attempt to do 20-30 crunches each 4 hours. consume smart and jog or run or motorcycle to slender down everywhere else.
