im not fat,it just isnt very toned and id like it to feel a little beter by christmas??

Sit-ups and crunches.

get to work on your stomach muscles, crunches, twists, sit ups, push ups, etc. You can make some progress but expect to be sore for a few days.

I used to have the fattest stomach. Here's a good site I found that really helped. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before...
