I don’t eat breakfast and sometimes I’m hungry enough that I could. I just don’t know what to eat that would be good for you and healthy. I’ve become very health obsessed and look at calories and all that stuff a lot now. Yesterday I ate 12 grain whole wheat toast and butter but I don’t think that’s that healthy. Anyone want to help and tell me what’s a good, filling, healthy breakfast? Please and thank you :]

In moderation, the standard old home breakfast is fine.

Eggs, with or without yolk whatever your preferance, wheat toast with fat free butter, low fat sausage or even veggie sausage, low fat milk or juice, with possibly some fruit.

OR...

Replace the eggs and toast with wheat pancakes or waffles and sugar free syrup.

Make sure that you get a moderate amount of exercise, and you'll be fine. If you have any doubts, consult a NUTRITIONIST and not a dietician.
