everyone i ask wont tell me because they think im fine...
i am 174cm tall,
size10 in tops(waist 22inches),
pants size10 (33inches)
10E bra size
weight 59kg
and im 16,
but i want to get back into modeling and well i dnt have a problem with my body
but im prepared to lose weight just so i can model again..
PLEASE help me :D

im trying to eat more healthy.
but i have no idea what i should eat.
im only 17 and would like some lunch ideas that are quick and easy to make.
also maybe some snack ideas for through the day.
im open to most foods except fish (minus Tuna) or onions.
i have also stopped smoking and doing more execise.
any help would be great.

i get constipation easily. i had a severe constipation last days n with the help of yahoo answers i came to know prunes r gud for that so i used it n it worked for me.thanksa lot for that.thease days im searching the food items which contain high fiber n work as a lexative as every day we r not rich enough to buy prunes.prunes r very much expensive in sri lanka.

can anybody tell if i use plums except prunes.is it alright?can it work as a lexative?

im 14,5'10,120 lbs,
i weightlift 3 times a week, and everyday at home(pushups,dumbells,) i play water polo and swim, and i eat a crap load.. what else can i do to gain muscle weight?

If I ran for 30 minutes 2 times(Morning and afternoon) on weekends.(Totaling 1 hour)
and ran for 30 minutes on Tuesday and Thursday...
How long do you think It'd take me to lose 10-15 pounds?
I'm 4'11" and weigh around 110-115 and want to get to atleast 105.
At oldnavy, I could fit a 12 1/2(plus) kids and I want to get out of that. Maybe into a 12 kids.
I haven't had much time to exercise, so it's been awhile...
and I don't think I've ever been skinny as a child either.
Each morning I wake up thinking "DANG IM FAT."
My thighs/legs I would say are thick, which makes it incredibly hard to find jeans/boots that would fit my leg.
I want to lose the fat in my arms, legs, and stomach.
Help?

what r some ways i can get my school to start serving more healthy lunches to the children. currently at my high school they serve pizza and french fries daily along with cookies, donuts, and stuff like that. we get fresh fruits and veggies maybe once a week. and everything is either crap on a bun or so greasy u can taste anything else. how can i get my school to start serving healthy lunches. it sickens me to see people eating this crap and i want to help out. but they would rather go for cheap and unhealthy rather than a little more spendy but worth it in the long run. what can i do

As of right now im 5'11 and about 170 pounds

Im vacationing in January and im on a fruit and veggie diet(as in eating only fruits and veggies and water).
Have you ever tried this diet before? How much did you loose?
How fast did you drop weight?

i while ago i gad gone into depression adn ate a lot during that time but then my stomach has gone back to its 26 inches size but all the fat has gone into my thighs and all my skinny jeans look aweful on me can you please help????

I am 15 yr. old female abt 5'3" and around 96 lbs. I have recently lost a ton of weight(abt 50 lbs.) but even tho pple tell me i am skinny i kinda feel like i could tone up more in my midsection and such..but then again i havent had my period in over a year so i am not sure if i should be doing any toning bc i might not have my period due to lack of body fat..which doesnt seem true to me...please give me some advice on eating healthier and staying fit..so i dont gain back all the weight i lost.

I want to lose weight I weigh 241 and I’m 5'7'' I’m only 17 and I want to lose. I feel like I tried everything I have had dieticians and personal trainers but nothing has helped. Every time I diet I get severe headaches and feel lazy but as soon as I start eating all the junk again I feel great. I don’t know what to do anymore but I don’t want to just give up.

I'm hungry ALL THE TIME. I can't stop eating. I'll have breakfast at 6:50, be hungry at 7:20. Literally. Every 30 minutes i'm hungry. And even when i'm not physically hungry, I have the compulsion to eat, and eat, and eat. I'm eating pretzels, junior mints, starburst right now. But my weight isn't an issue, I bounce around between 115 and 125, and am 5'1".

I lose weight and gain weight very quickly, however. I didn't eat well for about a week due to not feeling well, and lost 10 pounds. I gained 12 in the past 3 days.

Is this a possible thyroid disorder? I'm sick of feeling hungry all the time!!

I want to try to layout a daily schedule for excersize but I dont know when I should excersize - Like for instance, is it better to jog in the morning or in the evening after dinner?

I see advantages to both - in the morning, you havent eaten anything so you burn the fat but in dinner time you burn what you ate - however, when I try to run in the morning without eating anything, I get headaches or a little sick.. I think its because I have food for energy

So any tips on excersizing? Morning? Night? What times of the day? Thanks

you know when you get to the last bit of a cereal box and only the crushed pieces/oat cluster sort of bits are left, do you think there is the same amount of calories per serving in the non-broken top of the box cereal and the broken up bottom of the box cereal?

i know fruit has a lot of sugars in them.. (i know its good, but its still sugar) and i have like an apple a day or a grapefruit, with maybe a handful of grapes or a slice or two of watermelon.

i know i should eat more veges then fruit, but all i can seem to even get is a carrot because i dont have time to steam some broccoli or beans etc... and they are gross raw.

i eat a lot of cereals (oats/wholegrain wheats/bran)
and like 2 slices of wholemeal bread.

but i also have like 200gms of vanilla low fat yogurt.

i dont want to get fat.

i know that its prob that carbs in the cereals.. and the sugar in them (weetbix/all bran/ muesli - nuts/dried fruit)

but i know that the carbs in oats and that are complex and better for you then the ones in fruits..

i'm confused.
would it be better to just cut out a LOT of my fruit and just eat the cereals.. or just eat the fruit etc? should i cut out the yogurt???

i cant seem to find a middle.. i want to lose weight (i dont excersise because ...
