Exercise and eat right/healthy. Thats the easiest and safest way to lose weight. Other than that either the diet isn't good for your or as soon as you stop the diet you gain all the weight back.

The only way to lose weight is to do it the HEALTHY way. That means NO diet pills and no crazy crash diets. A great way to lose a healthy amount of weight (1-2 pounds per week) is to cut out the processed and refined foods. This means eating whole wheat breads, pasta, etc. If you really want to loose the weight, try staying away from processed food altogether – meaning only eating natural food for your carbohydrates (things like fruit and beans). Make sure you eat a lot of vegetables and lean protein. You said you have low energy – are you eating enough protein and carbohydrates? Protein is the fuel for your muscles and carbohydrates (carbs) are the fuel for your body. You don’t need to eat lot of carbs; too many will make you gain weight, but you do need to eat some. You can also add a casual walk three to five times per week. You should definitely see your energy levels increase with a better diet and when that happens you can increase your workout time/effort. Simply keep yourself fit and healthy! Exercise daily to burn out your fats and to build up more muscles. You also take up yoga courses to help you regain your beautiful body shape. What kind of exercises do you like? Jogging? Cycling? You can simply engage with different kinds of exercises each day for at least 1/2 an hour. Also, watch your diet. Making sure that you consume 2 servings of fruits and vegetables each, together with 5 servings of rice & alternatives and 3 servings of meat & alternatives. oh sweety, by looking at your measurements i can tell you that you are very very thin. But if you're really looking to diet, i recommend five small meals a day consisting of protein and vegetables, and for one meal you can have a carb like whole wheat couscous. Exercise daily, and drink plenty of water. If you want to tone up, I would recommend light weight training combined with pilates.

OK, all you got to do is simply drink 10-15 glasses of water everyday. DO NOT drink carbonated drinks, juices and coffee. DO NOT eat spicy, fatty, salty and sweet food. Simply eat more fruits and vegetables. Try this!
I lose weight from 75 kilos to 62 kilos in 3 months. Actually I am on my 1 year and 5 months water therapy and I am just maintaining my weight from 59-62 kilos.

Models today are being looked upoin as u healthy risks in the business becasue they won't eat.
Now we have scouts monitoring midels for those that are not eating and they can be kicked off the tour.
That was the old days of losing weight.
Today it's more serious and models have to eat three meals a day. If you are too boney you can cannot model.
