what would happen if i drank green tea for liek 2 days straight without drinking anythign else except water and no food other then lil healthy things, i know it sounds bad,and could be a major health risk, but i just wanna know

It's not exactly healthy. A daylong fast as such might be OK, if you do that or a two day fast consult with your doctor before you do it to see if it is OK, and ONLY THEN do it. Most doctors wouldn't allow it. Eat healthier - drink more water, exercise regularly and go to fatsecret.com for a great free site to find a proper diet long term. it will be fine as long as you dont make a habit of it. if you fast every now and then for a day or two, you will be fine. i fast maybe....one time in a month? maybe once every two months? and drink only water for a day or two. i feel its a way to clean my system out. everybody is different. you could very well feel sick while fasting. sometimes i do, but i'm normally okay.....

Tip: following a fast, eat only veggietables for every day you have fasted. (so if u fasted for 2 days, follow that fast with eating only veggietables for 2 days.) not doing so will cause ur body to triple your cravings for carbs and sugary foods. most ppl wind up bingeing. you'd be amazed at what your body will do to get what it wants.

Tip2: multivitamins would be a good idea

You'll eventually vomit from bothering your empty stomach with caffeine.

It happened to me before.

It's a bad diet because you will put your body in a starvation mode which in turn slows down your metabolizm and makes you gain weight later. You're not planning to eat like this all your life, right? Try to make changes in your diet that you can sustain for your entire life. Like, cut down on soda or stop drinking it alltogether. Stop eating at fast food burger joints.

hi... first of all congrats on your being pregnant!!! Im 22 weeks pregnant with our first and that i did no longer comprehend i improve into pregnant til i improve into 8 weeks. well that would sort of be like fasting which a lot of people do so if you dont have any health conditions you should be fine and you'll probably loose 2 or 3 pounds too.

I did tat for a week im almsot 15 pounds lighter !!! i feel refreashed happy clean , no negitive effects otehr then i was a bit cranky when people ate around me lol
