I want to try to layout a daily schedule for excersize but I dont know when I should excersize - Like for instance, is it better to jog in the morning or in the evening after dinner?
I see advantages to both - in the morning, you havent eaten anything so you burn the fat but in dinner time you burn what you ate - however, when I try to run in the morning without eating anything, I get headaches or a little sick.. I think its because I have food for energy
So any tips on excersizing? Morning? Night? What times of the day? Thanks
