I want to try to layout a daily schedule for excersize but I dont know when I should excersize - Like for instance, is it better to jog in the morning or in the evening after dinner?

I see advantages to both - in the morning, you havent eaten anything so you burn the fat but in dinner time you burn what you ate - however, when I try to run in the morning without eating anything, I get headaches or a little sick.. I think its because I have food for energy

So any tips on excersizing? Morning? Night? What times of the day? Thanks

exercising earlier in the day insures that you will get your training out of the way and you don't have to worry about it any more. high intensity training performed early in the day boosts the metabolic rate and really gets the energy levels up for the day. most people report being more productive at work, school, etc. with early am training.

the whole running on an empty stomach thing is not optimum for fat loss and preserving muscle mass. exercising is a fasted state will increase muscle loss over time as it's very catabolic to exercise in this state when blood sugar is low and cortisol is high after the nights sleep. it's impossible to exercise at optimum training levels with low blood sugar and the intensity at which exercise is performed at will determine the amount of an increase in the resting metabolic rate there will be. so you have to think not only about the effect that exercise has while performing it but the effect that it has on the body after the actual training session.

What time of day can you do it consistently without always having to adjust your schedule? If you can't stick with it, it doesn't matter what time of day you planned on doing it. Also, it's definitely smart to eat a little food before you go to the gym if it's early in the AM. I like a handful of Kashi TLC crackers with a tablespoon of peanut butter.

This is completely personal:

If I exercise at night, it stimulates me to:
Shower.
wake up
Get hungry and eat.
That is the worst thing I could do!!!!!
So I don't exercise at night
But that is personal experience, and every one is different!

morning befor breakfast on an empty stomach so that u lose actual fat and not wat u ate in the morning
