As an anorexian, (hah, not really, but kinda) I have extremely low-everything (except protein) snacks that I eat every other school hour (or just the teachers that don't really care) I eat them for lunch, too. I drink water constantly but don't exercise (which i really should do)
Over the last two weeks I've lost 8 pounds. But if you run 2 miles every day and train other non-muscle-building ways, you could definetly reach 5 pounds a week.
Also, when you do your weigh in, don't eat almost anything that day or the day before and go to the bathroom immediately before. and DEFINETLY don't drink water the day of the weigh in.
But the last parts a really cheap way to not have an extra 5 pounds.
Anyways, snacks under 100 calories, under 2 carbs and 2 grams of fat are the way to go. also sodium under 50 and sugar under 20. protein should be one or two.
if all else DOES fail, which it could, as a last week resort, you can use hoodia to make the rest of your fat to go away (i use this for homecomming! it really works- 6 pounds in two days!!) but definetly pricey.
try to exercise, no matter how boring it is. and not eating at all wont help, eat just enough to keep your metabolism going. don't eat big meals, but about 5 small ones a day (try to get vegetables and fruit in here)

EDIT: or you could try and get the flu from somebody. I actually DO reccomend this. i lost 10 pounds in three days because i couldnt eat and would vomit a lot. plus you sweat a lot with all those blankets.
don't bother trying to become bulemic. i couldnt even throw up to get the wrong pills out of me.
you could also take laxatives. gross but definetly works.

The quickest way to lose five pounds is with a sharp knife. The second best way is to just drink lots of coffee without cream and sugar, eat nothing but a bowl of rice a day, and run on a treadmill non-stop until you lose ten pounds and then eat five pounds of meat and carbs the night before your match.

It is unhealthy to lose 5 pounds in one month.You should aim for 1 to 2 pounds.Not eating food will not allow you lose weight,you will only lose water weight and when you start back again you will gain the weight back.Drinking plenty of water and eating plenty vegetables will do.Cut out on the sugary stuffs and on junk and fast food.Eat wheat bread instead of white bread.Exercises for at least 45 minutes daily.

Diet, exercise, that's old school, overused advise. Try this: burn a stainless steel spoon in the furnace or gas stove until it gets redhot. Then stick it on your tongue for 3 seconds. Your tongue will get burned, so you will not be able to eat. You will be forced to go on soft diet using a straw. You will lose more than 5 pounds in a week. Your tongue burn will heal in three weeks for that 3 seconds burn. What you need is just 3 seconds and a decisive/suicidal heart. Bark bark bark.

i stumbled on the e book to be very informative and uncomplicated to study. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm merely worried that i'm dropping too lots weight, too straight away. i visit confess i've got no longer observed the instruction manual precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed ingredients and meal plans (yet quite often) and doing little or no exercising, however the burden retains flying off. No that would make your body hold on to the weight. Just eat a few small meals a day. Mostly salads and make sure you poop.

Try eating a lot of fish. I love oatmeal, that works very well, and drink a lot of water when you start to get hungry, it fills up your stomach and makes your brain think you are full. makes a great appetite suppressant. Good luck.

special k diet! i lost 6 pounds in one week over the summer. and exercise at least an hour each day. i hope it works and GOOD LUCK

yea that will help but you'll be very weak. if you do that eat some cottage cheese(a little) also you can get trashbags and wrap them around yourself and run..it burns off a lot
