If I ran for 30 minutes 2 times(Morning and afternoon) on weekends.(Totaling 1 hour)
and ran for 30 minutes on Tuesday and Thursday...
How long do you think It'd take me to lose 10-15 pounds?
I'm 4'11" and weigh around 110-115 and want to get to atleast 105.
At oldnavy, I could fit a 12 1/2(plus) kids and I want to get out of that. Maybe into a 12 kids.
I haven't had much time to exercise, so it's been awhile...
and I don't think I've ever been skinny as a child either.
Each morning I wake up thinking "DANG IM FAT."
My thighs/legs I would say are thick, which makes it incredibly hard to find jeans/boots that would fit my leg.
I want to lose the fat in my arms, legs, and stomach.
Help?

For Breakfast, I usually have a bowl of cereal.(At the moment, Chex)
For lunch, I eat school food (They seem to have alot of chicken sandwiches and milk)
&For dinner, I eat rice with various things.

Over the weekend, it's Cereal/Rice for breakfast.
and Rice for Lunch&Breakfast.

@115 lbs, running for 30 minutes at a pace of 8 minutes per mile you would use about 356 calories. A pound of fat = 3500 Calories. So you would need to run about ten sessions of 30 minutes to lose a pound, and about 100 sessions to lose ten pounds, or 150 sessions to lose 15 pounds. If you run four 30 sessions per week it would take you 2.5 weeks to lose a pound, 25 weeks to lose ten pounds and 37.5 weeks to lose 15 pounds.
You should try modifying your diet along with adding the running to lose weight a little more quickly. It seems your diet could use some improvement. You need to get enough vegetables and fruits. Also, please check into the information in the second url below regarding the nutritional values in rice. Brown rice is much more nutritious than white, but you may still be eating too much rice. A pound or two weight loss per week is generally considered a safe rate of loss. You can exercise 30 minutes each day and get seven sessions in. Walking is a great exercise and is much easier on your joints. Good luck!

To lose weight you need to be young and in love. Well you are young. Make the effort to be involved with a friend and skip a meal for a good feeling of sharing. If you have to work at it you wont stay with it. Always know you are watched . It is your duty to be a female.

It all depends on calories in vs. calories out. runing will tone your legs, but to lose fat you might have to cut back on eating. Go to sparkteens.com to get some nutritional and excercise info. As far as weight goes, you are not overweight, you are in the healthy weight range.

you normally se results in the first 6 - 8 weeks. if your sticking to your plan and good eating then you may average 2pound a week sometimes more.

running is great for fitness and fat loss
