You are so not over weight!!! Your 5ft 10 and your only 120 pounds. I'm like 5ft 4 and I'm like 110 pound. you should be like 140-160 pounds!!

You are not suppose to do push ups and dumbell every day let your muscle recover you are not getting stronger by doing it every day. Do it 3 times per week the same days you lift weight. Swim on the days you don't workout. Do not take any supplements they only give you water weight and they are bad for you especially while you are growing they can stop your growth.

You're not necessarily underweight. Maybe you're just built that way. Some people are built with really small bones and some people have bigger bones. It just depends on your body type. Figure out your BMI ( body mass index) and then find a chart that says the range you're supposed to be in. Or you can always ask your doctor also.

Well, yes you are underweight. Usually people who are 5'2 are 115ish pounds. You should gain a couple more pounds. Though your tall and skinny. Go onto a site and find out a healthy weight for your height and then achieve it just make sure not to go for more then that.
