Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

Eat a high fiber cereal for breakfast, an apple with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter for a snack, a salad with chicken or turkey for lunch, and soup or turkey chili for dinner, along with veggies.

Exercise at least 2 hours a day.

Only 2 things you can do: eat less and exercise more. You have to burn more calories than you eat, so try to do those two things. Give yourself plenty of time to lose the weight, don't expect it to come off in 1 week.
