i while ago i gad gone into depression adn ate a lot during that time but then my stomach has gone back to its 26 inches size but all the fat has gone into my thighs and all my skinny jeans look aweful on me can you please help????

a lot of walking will do the trick along that i suggest you do about an hour of cycling it will not only reduce the size of your thighs but it will also develop and strengthen the muscles on the leg adn it will look pretty firm and sexy so all the best for the fitness regime

You cannot spot reduce im afraid. You will just have to do cardio which burns fat all over, eventually you will move it from you thighs.

Cut out fat from your diet, plenty of cardio. Easy...

squats, lunges, bike riding, rollerblading, jogging, walking, and of course~ eat right:) hope this helps~ o~ and drink water too
