Lie on your back and lift your head off the floor and then lift your feet a few inches off the floor and hold it there. Make sure you keep your tummy muscles sucked in but dont hold your breath.

Rest and then do this again only this time pulse your legs gently a few inches up and down making sure you dont touch the ground.

Do some crunches which are mini situps making sure your heels only touch the ground as your knees should not be right up as this maximises the effect. Make sure you keep your shoulders off the ground and your tummy sucked in.

Hold your legs in the air while on your back and gently touch your toes.

Lay on your side with your knees slightly bent and side raise your head and shoulders. Turn over and do the other side.

Roll onto your tummy and then put your elbows on the ground and your body straight like an ironing board and only your toes and elbows touching the ground. Careful not to bend your back as it should be straight. Hold this position for 20 seconds. Then bend on knee to the ground from this position and then the other so both are on the ground while you are still on your elbows. Then straighten one leg so you are on the toes again then the other. So this move to the count of 1.2.3.4. again 1.2.3.4
