fresh fruit and veggies, olive oil, low fat products, anything else you like, but just a little bit of it.

Don't eat junk food, and you'll pretty much be right.

Remember to keep a balanced diet. Eat different coloured fruits and vegies ie not all the same like lettuce and spinach.

The salad and meat wrap is always good for lunch, but don't get processed meat, you need to cook it the night before, or just have salad.

Fruit makes really good snacks. or rice cakes with just a bit of jam or something.

Don't forget to drink lots of water. and cut down on sodas.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.diet-fun-now.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!

Hmm.. well, I gotta say the obvious: Fruits and veggies XD
Lunch ideas? Perhaps a salad? A sandwich with fruit?
As for snacks, you can always go buy one of those healthy granola bars :D
Stopping smoking and exercising is a good start though :)
Hope everything works out for ya!
