Some ppl naturally a bit of a pot, there isn't anything you can do about that. If you have weight around your waist because you are overweight, then you need to exercise to get it off. Eat low fat, low carbs and try to eat more protein type foods. Eat breakfast, to get your motabolism going. It's ok to eat carbs for breaky as long as you burn them off through the morning. Each morning do the following exercises to get good abs etc. Works for me. Takes just 15 min a day.
Lie flat on the bed and then sit up making sure your sholders don't touch the bed, lift your legs at the same time, about a foot clear from the bed. put your arms in front of you and push them up and down 150 times (fairly quick counts,like the pilates workout).
Then without delay, lay back down, lift your legs and bend them up to your chest quite firmly then back down, being careful not to touch the bed with your feet. Do that, not too quickly 50 times trying not to stop.
After that, lay back down and arch your back lifting your torso to the ceiling. Put your pillows on your tummy for extra weight. Stay in the position for 150 seconds and then bounce your tummy up and down for another 50 counts.
After this I usually lift weights, but that's probably enough to get started. Assuming you don't already have a routine.
Don't snack between meals, at all, and walk as much as you can. Do your exercises before breakfast to help you shake the sluggish feeling, and get you moving. Good luck.

Well, i've tried getting a flat stomach a TON of times but it never worked and some people told me why. You can't spot reduce (sadly...)
SO....
that means you'll have to just excercise.
Not many people know this, but running is the best excercise because it works pretty much all your muscles EVEN YOUR STOMACH MUSCLES!!!! (ya, i was like WHAT when i found out lol)
so just get running :)

You can't, unless you're very close to it already.
The only healthy way to get one at all is through a combination of a healthy, balanced, moderate diet, and abdominal focused exercises, combined with a strong and regular cardio regimen. Cardio will burn the fat, if done well, and lots of crunches will tone the muscles.

try 60-100 sit ups a day
do some hump rope and also run 2 miles a day
also try doing push ups it will help
