starting tomorrow, i'm gonna do this. please tell me if this will help me get thinner. thank you to everyone who responds in advance. i'm gonna eat every 3 hours, so figure 4-5 small meals per day. exercie (cardio) 1 hour 5x per week and strength train with my trainer @ the gym 2x per week. i only have to lose 10-15 pounds. is duable in 2 months?

Ok according to my height and weight I burn around 1000 calories per day(I do 1 hour elliptical everyday)...so how many calories food should I eat?I am trying to reduce my weight.

Is it true that you need to eat MORE to continue to lose weight? I've been plateued since April, give or take some fluctuations from a bad week or when I just don't feel hungry.

I've kept my calorie intake the same, I really don't think I can safely go much lower. I've increased the amount of cardio I do, but have kept the weight sessions the same. Should I increase the amount of time I spend on weight lifting? Do I need to increase my calories as well?

I have GOT to get out of this rut. It's depressing me. :(

I am 5 foot 7 maybe 5 foot 8 now. And i am 124 pounds. I want to get down to about 120 or 115, is that normal?? am i fat the way i am right now?? or normal?? or too thin?? please help me. I have no idea how to go about controling myself. Everytime i eat i want to punch myself for doing it because i dont want to gain anything!! Today we mae christmas cookies and i splurged. I think i had about 1400 calories all together today and normally i only have about 500-600 a day. Am i going to gain anything. If so, how can i prevent it. Hi everyone,

My morning's kick off at 5am, and I leave for work around 6:30am, getting to the office around 7:45, then work at 8 right through till around 6pm. With that 1 and a half hours I have before leaving for work, I want to feel satisfied and have a genereous amount of energy to burn during work (I drive everywhere in the city, and many business areas within at least 20KM from my office, and walk from business to business, etc). So yeah lots of walking involved, and I need to stay alert whilst driving.

Anyone know what would be an APPROPRIATE, and of course HEALTHY breakfast and drink? I'm not really a coffee person, as I am prone to eczema. Any help would be great!

ok my arms can take what i do ( 80 reps each arm) 5-6 times a week but when i do my reps my body slouches this inicates i need less weight but i want to upgrde to more weight because 7kg isnt enough for my arms so should i go to 10 kg or back down to 5 kg i just dont no

Alright i would like to lose alot i mean ALOT of weight i wanna lose 25 pounds the main area's are

My thighs i want to lose the most weight there i mean there kinda big may i ask how can i make them long and skinny?

I barely eat at all, and i try to only have 500 calories a day. Today i am trying to convince my family i dont have one.. so since we're baking cookies i've been eating some.. and i have 899 calories, should i not eat dinner tonight because of that??
i mean i dont want to gain any weight. And how long does it take to gain a ppound.. like say i eat healthy or w/e allllll the time, but for one day i dont.. will i gain any weight?? please just tell me anything and everything you know/want to say. thanks so much. and pleas be nice about it because i know i have a problem i just cant fix it over night.

I'm 15, 125 lbs., and 5'10" and I work out. I'm looking to gain some muscle mass, not too much. I was thinking about CytoSport's Muscle Milk because it's popular, and said to have a great taste. However, I don't want to harm my health, and my doctor have already told me not to take supplements but I just want to know if this is true? For me, its Muscle Milk or nothing because I'm not going to take any other nonsense. Would Muscle Milk help me in my goals? Is it safe? What flavor tastes best?

Like what should I eat plenty of and not so plenty of? I want to get stronger and muscular:

I do about 200 weightlifts a day (10 pounds on each hand) and 200 crunchies.

I am seeing a difference but I would like a (at least a mild) 6 pack in 5 months...

I plan on working out 3 days a weak Arms chest saturday stomach back sunday and legs shoulders whensday.Is this a good plan?
My question is arent you suppose to work out the same muscle 3 days a week? If i do that plan it's only getting a workout 1 day a week? Will i still se im provements and get cut and partially bigger and stronger

Ok. Last time i checked my weight (at the doctor) i was 4 ft 11 and 80 lbs. then just yesterday i checked my weight again and it said that i was 83 lbs. my mom told me that i dont look any different though, in fact i think all i did differently is eat a lil less and excersise more. and my waist is smaller too. what happen??
