It's LOSE not loose. Look on the package. NOTICE the amount of carbohydrates and sugars listed there in gram weight.. ADD those two numbers of grams together. The average carbohydrates and sugars you NEED is 80 grams.....spread overt the entire day. Aim for that amount of carbohydrates and sugars and you will lose weight, i guarantee. The culprit is all that sugary crap you listed above. A can of regular soda has about 57% of all the sugars you need every DAY!! Hope this helps and get crackin' on a skinnier new you

Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.diet-fun-now.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!

That's the best place to start.....so many wasted fat calories. Go low fat or fat free with an exercise program and you'd be surprised how fast you can lose weight. No sodas either.
If you do hit the fat free or low fat diet don't worry there isn't much flavor, the nutrients are still there, just not the fat.
You can have a cheat day....say, Sunday.....Only one cheeseburger. If you normally eat a bowl of Ice cream....on cheat day....one scoop....All things in moderation.
Good luck

As long as you don't substitute other calories.
Eat fewer calories, eat healthier food and exercise.
