I'm 15, 125 lbs., and 5'10" and I work out. I'm looking to gain some muscle mass, not too much. I was thinking about CytoSport's Muscle Milk because it's popular, and said to have a great taste. However, I don't want to harm my health, and my doctor have already told me not to take supplements but I just want to know if this is true? For me, its Muscle Milk or nothing because I'm not going to take any other nonsense. Would Muscle Milk help me in my goals? Is it safe? What flavor tastes best?

muscle milk would only be part of a mass gaining diet. increasing the protein intake is only part of the equation. you also need to increase the intake of carbs and fats. at your height and weight I would shoot for a daily calorie intake of at least 2,500 cals. if you don't see weight gain at that then increase the cals by 10% each week until weight gain occurs. try to get close to 30% protein, 50% carbs and 20% fats.

protein supplements are totally safe and have been in use for over 40 years now. general practice MD's have absolutely no training in nutritional supplements, 99% of the time they will tell a patient not to take them becaues of this.

Muscle Milk is effective. I've tried CytoSport's Muscle Milk powder, but what I currently eat everyday is CytoSport's Musle Milk bars. They work wonders for me.

No, instead of drinking muscle milk drink chocolate milk. It is proven in lab tests more effective then all the leading protein brands. Dont ask me why but we learned it at school so yah

Ok dont drink it,, what u need to use is a protein isolate that will tone u down and do lots of cardio with abs every day. Muscle milk is garbage and has lots of fats and carbs that will add to your fat !
