No, it doesn't work.
Diet pills do Not work. There is no such thing as a magical pill. There is no easy way out. Just eat right and exericise.

No it does not!! I tried it and found not only was I jittery, I also had violent head aches. I was also very hungry while taking it. I don't believe any of the over the counter diet pills work. I haven't tried Ally, but it is the same as the prescription medication Merida which I have heard does work. The only problem with it is, you do have to stick to a very strict diet containing little fat. If not you will have an oily discharge and not much control of your bowls.
No diet pills work. The best solution is diet and exercise as a lifestyle change. Don't expect to lose more than 2-3 pounds per week and actually keep it off. For the same amount of money you would spend on diet pills a month you could put that towards a gym membership where you would actually be doing something good for your body, but also to help you deal with stress. Plus, you may find a friend who can help motivate you to go. Once you get hooked on the work out bug, you can't seem to stop.
Good luck!!
As for the girl who mentioned Phentermine, it is a form of Speed. I have taken it, but under my doctors prescription. He only allowed me to take it for 3 months due to the damaging effects it has. After 3 months your liver, heart, and kidneys are put under strain. It can become very addictive and cause long term health effects. She is asking for a death sentence by taking it for a year and a half. Weight loss is never worth suffering long term health effects and dieing for.

Ive tried everything under the sun and discovered "Phentermine" 37.5mg. I go 2 a program called "The Doctor's Diet" (in TN) and this is what they prescribe...however, ur family doctor can prescribe it 4 u 2 & prob much cheaper! It completely knocks out my appetite...where i have to make myself eat. Plus gives u "spring cleaning strength" throughout the week. My house has never been cleaner! Ive been on it off and on for a yr. & half and love it! Ive lost 66lbs & really need to stop taking it, but i would like to do about 10-15 more lbs.

yes it does work. the problem is that most people do not use them (diet) pills properly. you have to get the fat loss process started first by making changes to the diet and daily level of exercise . then when once weight loss starts you add in the thermogenic to expedite the fat loss process.
decreasing the carb intake and increasing the protein intake is one very positive change that can be made to the diet. shoot for 45% protein, 35% carbs (30 grams fiber daily) and 20% healthy fats

I'd avoid it and get Proactol instead. It's a more complete package. It burns fat but more than that, it curbs your appetite, lowers bad cholesterol and keeps the pounds off.
There more at this site below and you can order straight from there. Buy two or more months and save big time.

I would watch out for any chemical that has HCI in it.
Long term use in men enlarges their Prostrate!
HCI is in a lot of stuff.
If you use the product, Please read up on the contra-indications!
Expect to have the Coffee Jitters and to not sleep well!

it works by making you not hungry so you'll loose some weight while your on it but you'll gain it back as soon as you stop. I recommend old fashion diet and exercise: its more effective, permanent, safer - and cheaper!
