ok my arms can take what i do ( 80 reps each arm) 5-6 times a week but when i do my reps my body slouches this inicates i need less weight but i want to upgrde to more weight because 7kg isnt enough for my arms so should i go to 10 kg or back down to 5 kg i just dont no

training small muscles like the biceps 5-6 times a week isn't going to get them bigger or stronger. you need to do more than curls. what other kind of equipment do you have access to?

if yo ucannot maintain perfect posture when lifting, lower the weight. because the indicates your using your back, meaning it is too much for you arms.

dont push yourself too hard because it will mess up your back.
