How many days, and how long per day to but just a modest amount of muscle definition, on average? Would you estimate?

1 muscle 15 minutes 3 times a week.
find a weight or resistance factor that allows you less then 12 repetitions. when you can do more than 18 repetitions increase weight or resistance factor.
