Eating below 1000 calories per day is considered semi-starvation, so yes you have an eating disorder. What you need to realize is that your body, just by being awake and walking around, using the toilet, etc. burns calories. If you were to lie in bed all day, your body will still burn calories, this is called your BMR. It is usally a few hundred calories above 1000, depending on your size. If you ate healthy every day and then splurged one day, you would not gain weight. You need 3500 EXTRA calories above your normal calorie intake to gain a lb. Please consider eating a bit more everyday.

YES YOU DO HAVE A EATING DISORDER KID..!!!!

I can not shout that out to you loud enough. Not shout it more like scream it to get your attention:

500 calories that is below slow starvation kid...!
It is a wonder you are not already facing a lot of medical problems because of it. If not you will be.
Not only that but it will make you old a wrinkled looking fast.
Lack of enough protein and you will be losing your hair and finger nails. You have to have to protein to have healthy hair skin and nails.
Plus as young as you are you have to have it for your body to grow and mature correctly.
You not getting the vitamins and minerals will cause problems with your immune system and mental problems. You brain has to have fuel to operate.
Yes you have a eating disorder and need to get help for it before it is too late and you are having lots of medical problems because of it.
