im 13 and im 5'7 and im 115 lbs. im too skinny and i want too gain weight because i get made fun of for being too skinny my goal is to get up around 180 pounds is that too high of a goal

A little too much. Try for 145 and see how you feel.

nope...get as big as you want to just make sure to keep your body fat to below average. in terms of health that's all that matters, the total bodyweight is irrelevant.

however since you are only 13 and probably not in puberty yet gains in muscle mass will be very slow until you hit puberty and the testosterone production increases significantly. it's impossible to have a high amount of muscle with low test levels. for now just focus on learning how to master compound exercises as these are optimum for increasing strength and muscle mass.

well you probably don't actually want to be that big anyway. i agree with everyone above. start working out and things, but don't overdo it. also, it won't happen overnight. it'll take months. but if you're determined, you can achieve it. good luck =)

180's a little high. try 135-145.
