it is healthy and it is cute, girls without them look harsh and ***** - why would you say she had a chubby anything though and if she asked your response shold have been chubby what the **** ar eyou talking about you look perfect!!!

I would say that it is genetic and cute - I have them and so do my mom and sister. And I am not fat! I am healthy though...
