well i can say forr sure 1 is alright for you. Even though it says DIET it still contains caffine and caffine realeses fat into your blood stream, so ur betta off not taking them. But i have the odd one now and then. But 1 is ok, but i wud stick to water in my opinion or fresh orange jucie
