See a Doctor, They have medicine to keep you from craving food. Remember when you crave food it because you are not getting enough Vitimins, You need to eat the right foods.

Breakfast-This is the most important meal of the day. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF.
Eat at least a bowl of cereal.
NOTING WITH BUTTER.
Lunch
1/3 # of meat
Eat at least three vegetable._P. S. not potatoes
ONE GREAN
ONE YELLOW
Maybe a salad-With some dressing
Dinner same as Lunch

Timing is everthing.
7:00 breakfast
12:00 Lunch
5:00 Dinner
DON'T EAT AFTER 6:00. Food turns to fat if you are not active so if you are eating before you go to sleep then you are causing your body to store more fat.

Avoid Suger
Avoid OIL
Avoid Butter
Fry Food only with spray on pan Cooking oil.
Try not to snack unless you do something small.

Set a time of day to go walking a mile a day will help.
Two miles will be great. The early you do it in the morning the better but can be done at night as long as you do it you will lose weight.

aw im 15 too and i know how hard it can be trying to find time to do everything but you have to be strong and control yourself if you are deadserious about losing all this weight.
you say you dont want to go to the gym with you mum, why not! you dont have to stick around with her...you can go off and do your own thing then meet up again later.
as for always being hungry, yes you may FEEL hungry all the time but alot of the time we think we are hungry but we are really just thirsty. after a meal go brush your teeth to get rid if the taste b/c that sometimes makes you want more when you are already full up.
try to cut how much you eat back alittle more each week , over time your stomach will have (hopefully) "shrunk" and you will get full up easier = you will not need to eat as much
exercise is very important in gerneral and dont expect to lose weight without doing any. get off you a** whenever possible and go out running or walking whatever just dont get stuck like a couch potato when you could be exercising and burning those calories!
try talking to your mum about getting some sort of running machine or something like that which you can put in front of the tv and so instead of sitting still and watching tv you can do exercise AND watch tv at the same time without having to go anywhere =)
good luck

Let me start with this: you have to have the "i can do it no matter what it takes" attitude to get anywhere. You dont want to do WW because you dont have time, and you dont want to go to the gym because you dont want to go with your mom. The bottom line is this: If you want to make progress towards a healthier life, you HAVE to break down and DO whatever you have to do to make it happen. As far as weight watchers, you don't have to go to the meetings, and you don't have to make special food. Look online and get a weight watchers points book, and then you can see what food you can eat and how much you can eat. BUT SEE A DOCTOR forst, as weight loss programs are not geared towards adolescents. The best advice I can give you is to make a conscious change in your everyday habits. You dont need weights or PE in school. Twenty minutes of excercse a day that gets your heart rate up is a good start, and it will help. As far as the food, go for things that are lower in carbohydrates than what you would usuall eat, and start substituting fruit and/or veggies as snacks. Your body will adjust. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY****don't go overboard! You are only 15 and you said yourself you weren't always "fat." You are in a very important stage of growing, and you never know a year from now you might be four inches taller and even yourself out. Just don't get down on yourself, and don't let what the others say bother you. I had quite a time in school with other people making fun, but I now realize that for some smaller people it makes them feel more important to make someone feel bad. I will keep my fingers crossed for you ok and dont give up!!!!

OK let's weigh the fact's, you can go to a gym, right???? but you won't go with Mom ??? why not??? if you are that much into loosing weight, then for heavens sake go with Mom!!!! you need to eat breakfast!!! for sure even if you have to get up a little earlier, that's the most important meal of the day !!!!! then get out of the nasty habit of eating pizza and fast food junk !!!! you can do it, go to the Dr. have a blood test, make sure your thyroid it right, and that you do not have diabetes, you are eating way too much because you are very insecure !!!!! you will never become secure, until you make up your mind, only you can do it, if you do not want to go to the gym with Mom, ask her (if its safe) can you walk after school, why not see if you have a neighbor, or a friend of Mom's that would like to join you in a walk, or another friend of your, what about after school sports????, I love the YA, because at night I stay on here and I don't eat, if I get in front of the stupid t.v. set, then I feel I need to eat, I also find that reading a good book helps, It is very hard to stop the madness of eating, but if you really want to you can stop, just ignore the urge, drink water when you feel hungry, that's works well also, good luck to you,

I have 'fought' the burden fight all my lifestyles, i'm 37 now. First you have to ask your self...Why do I devour when I consume? Lonliness? Boredom? Despair? All of those or just one, all of them add to an eating obstacle. What I did, I wrote down the whole lot I put in my mouth for one week, i did not exchange a thing I ate, however I also made a litte observe as to what was occurring or what I was feeling once I ate anything. The next week, I used to be better about what I ate. However I made a mindful determination to devour better. It takes time. For me jourling quite helped me be conscious of what I used to be eating and when. Being conscious of what and whilst you (I) ate helped me stop the unhealthy consuming habbits. Pastime is a huge section, but you have to do some thing you adore. I hate the treadmill, however some individuals adore it, however I do like volleyball, tennis and the stationary bike. So to find something YOU care to do that's the principal part of including an exercise pursuits to your life. You have been/are dwelling a existence variety that promotes being overweight. If you wish to lose the load you have to begin residing like a healthful, energetic individual, and a life sort that promotes just right wellness. If you begin an pastime pursuits that you don't such as you wont stick with it. I am healtier now at 37 that i have ever been. I have lost 60 lbs, however it has taken me 18 months, i am now lifting weights to tone my muscular tissues. You are able to do it, just suppose in yourself! These youngsters at school that call you names and prefer on you. In the future they are going to have beer bellies, be bald and probalby broke ! (or their husbands will probably be ) i am certain invoice Gates and Donald Trump had been picked on too. Keep your head high and stroll above the group!!

Alright, firstly, I need to tell you that starving yourself will do nothing but make you gain more weight. Basically, the more times you eat in a day, the more weight you lose. This is because your body knows it's constantly getting more food, so it releases the fat and calories. But if you eat unhealthy junk foods, like 5 slices of pizza an hour, you're doomed to gain weight, agreed?

So I would suggest you fulfill your hunger with healthier choices, such as lean chicken, veggies, fruits and cut down on the amounts of sugar and oils you consume.

As for the exercising, you don't need to work out at a gym. You can jog, and if it's too cold to jog, do exercises that don't involve any machines. Such as wall sits, push ups, sit ups, squats, stepping up and down a chair, walking up/down stairs, you can look up some more on the internet. You can also get a treadmill for Christmas/your birthday, so you don't have to get outside to run. But whenever you can, like in the spring or summer, try to get outside and do some real jogging. Fresh air is great. Exercising in general raises self-esteem, because you know you're doing something to help your body.

Hope I helped!

Oh yeah, on a side note, don't weigh yourself everyday. You can get obsessed with it and it can lower your self esteem more. And you can gain some weight from your muscles.

That is tough!! In particular at your age. My heart goes out to you. But listen up!! Only you can make the decision to lose the weight. Your reason seem to be emotional and so I would suggest you go seek some counseling to help you with what's troubling - or at least start visiting the self help section of the book store - there are lots and lots of books, (including self esteem books - which I'm sure you would benefit from.), out there to help!!! Second, I will tell you my own experience. I carried around 60 extra pounds for ten years of my life. I tried all kinds of diets and every day said tomorrow I would start another. Only one thing worked for me. Yep you guessed it. Excercise! For me I would go to the gym started out I could only do 10 minutes on the tread mill and then 10 minutes on weights, but each time (maybe three days each week), I added a few more minutes and the weight started dropping off which is very motivitating. I worked up to 45 minutes fast walking on treadmill and two sets of ten reps on various weight machines for about 10 minutes - and within 6 months I dropped 50 pounds!!!!! I also changed only three other eating habits. 1.) Only diet soda Only!!!! 2.) no more bowls of ice cream (I didn't miss it after a few weeks) 3.) ABSOLUTELY no french fries. If you go to McDonalds - eat the sandwich (which is horrible for you) but skip the greasy fries. Ten years later I don't excercise anymore - eating habits have stuck but I still haven't gained the weight back. I know it's hard to start that - but it gets easier each time you go and you start to feel very good about what you are accomplishing and watching how long it takes on the treadmill to lose the calories in a french fry makes the desire to have one less. Good Luck to you!!!!!

Try vegtables cooked with just a little butter and salt. Not alot. Also try water and juices instead of sodas. You don't have to cut out alot of foods you like, but just cut down. Instead of 5 pieces of pizza, just eat 2 and something else without alot of bread-salad can be filling too. Put a dressing on it that you like. If pizza is a must, then get a veggie one. Walk - you don't have to walk alot . Just around the block once or twice a week will help. You'll notice changes in your health.

Dude I used to be the same way.

I weighed 180 something, and then I started free running.

Just running around my neighborhood, no special route, a good 3 or 4 miles a day. Running, jogging, and mostly walking.

I burned that weight off like it was butter!!

Do the same, it really does work. Also, you need to control your calories, make a schedule of when you can eat, even if your hungry dont eat, and only eat meals when you are scheduled to.
