You probably aren't lacking any special metal or diet related substance needed for health. You just need to sleep at a regular time. Like most Americans, you are sleep deprived. Adults need at least 7 hours of sleep; teenagers need an hour or two more to feel refreshed. My answer: SLEEP

It could be a vitamin/mineral deficiency.
It could be hormones out of balance.
It could be diabetes.
It could be many other diseases.
See a doctor and keep after them.
I've been living with chronic fatigue for decades. We seem to have it pinned down to hormones, finally.
