Take some "BEANO" before you eat it to prevent the gas.....I have no problem eating cabbage and eat is at least 3 times per week. My fave is a low cal version of cold slaw...

It's not "bad", but anything taken to an excess can be detrimental to your health. Better to have a balanced diet.
