I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

try to stay away from diet pills. that is a last resort type thing.
first off you need to truly want to lose weight. its as much mental as is physical. exercise will not do it all. your food intake is a big part. im not saying completely take out sweets and anything greasy.. i am saying that you need to eat about 4 or 5 small portioned meals throughout the day. and they need to be healthy. take some snacks with you wherever you go like wheat thins or low fat crackers... so you dont get that temptation to eat a candy bar from teh vending machine. :) you need to walk daily and every other day run or lift weights. but do not just start running 10 miles daily either. you need to build up your strength slowly. your heart needs to be gradually exercised so you dont over do it.
and note that losing weight is not an overnight thing. it takes time. but the end results are wonderful and will make you feel much better about yourself. just know that you really can do it.

Diet pills! Of course not. You are only 13 and your weight depends on many things; bone structure, muscle mass, etc.

What you should do is make sure you eat healthy, drink water not sodas (those hold on to fat in your body), limit sugary foods and get some exercise daily. A walk is good, bike, hike, etc.

If you ever use pills or another method, you will be endangering your health and the weight will come right back on again.

DO NOT TAKE DIET PILLS DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!! You don't need to lose that much weight but a little getting in shape would be good. Watch what you eat and get some exercise every day. You have to be really careful about getting all the nutrition you need, you are at a really important developmental stage.Thats all you need. xoxo

there are different ways for everybody....but don't starve yourself or take diet pills, respect your body. A key thing to remember is that the longer you take to get it off the longer it stays off. Get some exercise and try to eat right (low carbs, sugar and stuff), but really what whatever works for you as long as its healthy! You can reach any goal you set. Don't worry yourself over the number, and give yourself time it takes a while. I believe in you, you can do it!

honey take it from a girl who started taking diet pills at 15... don't do it. watch your carbs that is the best way. Don't take away all of them just try to stick to fruits and veggies for snacks, and yoga is a great start for a workout because its not as frustrating as trying a cardio routine and not being able to finish. I wish you all the luck in the world, just be patient. By the way I became anorexic and was seeking treatment by the time I was 19, the pills are to addictive and they don't keep the weight off when you stop taking them.

DO NOT TAKE DIET PILLS - they are not safe for people under 18, and they contain chemicals and other ingredients that can mess up your metabolism for the rest of your life.

Just make better decisions, you're not drastically overweight, so be smooth about it. Exercise! Go running, hike, swim, play volleyball, actually participate in gym class (even though, as i recall, no one ever likes gym class).

Eat better... Just choose bigger portions of veggies and fruits, and smaller portions of meat and unhealthy foods.

When all else fails, ask your gym teacher. You've got a free person trainer right there in school ^_-

Cheers

Diet pills only work for a little while. They don't last. Exercise regularly, maybe just 15 minutes a day to start with and then increase it over time. Drink lots of water and eat lots of fruit and vegetables.

OMG! And I thought I was fat.......... Sorry to say that....... Do not starve yourself! It is bad! You will turn Anorexic! I nearly did 2 years ago! But my mum caught me! Eat healthy foods and excercise. Try to avoid eating junk food like pizza, chips, oily stuff. If you cannot take it, eat small servings. Eating too much junk/fatty foods causes you to have diabetes. I think you are a little bit over weight but "DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!". Be healthy. Eat healthy. Excercise.
Good Luck! *Search Google or yahoo and type in your question example "How can I loose weight?"
2 years ago I was slim. Now I am considered fat because I can't resist food.

Ditch the junk food and snack foods, eat fish and chicken (skinless) make sure you eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day, drink 7 glasses of water a day and start exercising, like walk places, ride your bike, play outdoor games, skip, hula hoop etc

do it this way and you will say healthy and loose weight, also your hair and skin will look great!

Pills can give you heart problems so can starving yourself also your hair falls out and you get loads of spots!
