ok i weigh 115 pounds and shaped like an hour glass but i have a little belly fat and hips... how can i lose at least 10 pounds b4 the end of jan? an plz make the comments as short as possible. does n e1 know any good liquid diets? Thanks:)

do pullups, weight watchers meals give you the nutrients you need but, help you loose weight. Stay clear of junk food, sodas, drink plenty of water.

You are barely overweight so 10 pounds to lose is a piece of cake (pardon the pun). Fad diets and most popular diets cause you to lose weight drastically but can cause your body harm and result in the weight coming back after the diet quickly and maybe even gaining more. Don't be fooled. The best thing to do is eat sensibly. Cut out fast food, white bread, salt, ice cream, SODAs. Stick with your proteins, carbs and complex carbs in small portions.
Most important......in losing weight...EXERCISE EXERCISE EXERCISE. If your not into fitness get on a simple 20 minute work out 3 x a week with light free weights at a fast pace. You can simply walk....run...play some sports etc.
Forget the end of Jan...by mid Jan you will be looking fine!!

Honestly, you could lose ten pounds and still have belly fat and hips.

We all need some body fat to survive, you may just have a genetic makeup that stores fat in those places.

115 pounds is a terrific weight. Keep exercising, keep eating healthy, and stop worrying!

Burn more calories than you consume, i.e. eat less and move more. There is no easy way. Liquid diets are a quick fix, but the results won't last. Watch your calories and portion control. Start exercising such as walk every day for at least 30 minutes.

eat less but not considerably less just enough to get full at meals. Work out 45 min every other day and jog on the days you dont work out that is plenty of exercise and you should lose about 10 pounds

First off, I would love to be 115 pounds! Anyway, do sit ups, run, walk. Cut back out sugary foods and drink plenty of water!

Are you kidding me? I weigh like 140 and I'm fine. Just because you got some fat on you dose not mean you need to lose weight. You need fat on your boby other wise you die and if you are under weight you will die. You don't need to go on a deit.

eat good and lk dont junk out
plus u dont way a lot soo ur shouldnt worry bout it
and everyone has a tiny bit of belly fat

The answer is very simple: 45 minutes of cardio everyday. But eat as much as you usually do, don't eat less :)

uh...drink lots water, cut back on sweets, exercise at least 5 days a week for at least an hour.
