first thing, ur a little under weight, second, dont skip meals it doesnt help u lose weight, only water in ur body. Third u better start eating more other wise u will lose ur period and u will start aging and look like a 50 yr old instead of a 14 yr old. u shouldnt be skipping meals but eating a bit more, we're all still growing. Dont skip meals it doesnt help, but eat little meals 5 or 6 times a day. Breakfast the biggest and little snacks between all meals. Ur underweight and if u skipp more meals ull stop ur body from growing. Ur height will be stunned and ur growth will be slowed. eat, exercise, dont skip meals, im 13 too and ive seem what happens to people when they do what u do but way over the edge, its horrible.

Ok First of all, i think that you should feel whatever you think the weight you are.
but technically, your BMI(body mass index) is 17.4 which says that you are underweight. But might not be underweight. Eat a lot of protein and take daily multivitamins. as for the periods...
Im a guy, but i think I know. Periods aren't every month on the dot. They can be early or late.. But if it goes on, then you should check with a doctor.

Your weight is on the low side for your height, but not necessarily for your age.
One reason women's periods stop for a while is due to low body weight, or illness.
You have reason to check this out with your family Dr, pediatrician or OB/GYN.

Sounds to me as though you KNOW you have a problem. You are skipping meals and not eating enough when you do eat. That will definitely stop your periods.

Yes, it's fine. As for your period, it may be because of your unhealthy eating habits, and it may be because you're a teenager. Either way, you need to start eating regular meals and taking care of yourself immediately.

interesting....umm ur normal but u should like not skip meals, exersize, and get enough sleep...and seriously why would u want to skip meals if u loose any more weight u'll look ugly.
