Hi:)
I'm 16 years old and weigh about 133 at 5'5.5''. I excersize doing pilates about 3 times a week, competitive cheerleading 3 times a week, and walk/run about 3 times. I try to eat about 1300 calories a day but decided a week ago i would try 1500. I really want to know if I'll gain weight from this or not before i let it. thanks:)

no because 3500 EXTRA calories equals one pound of fat. you have 1500 so you'll be fine, as long as you go back to your 1300 calories

Thats alot of exirecise your doing pilaties and Cheerleading damn your a strong girl. But to answer your question to gain weight the right way yo u would have to incorperate some weight training into that regime and cut out the walk/run you already burn enough Calories through the Pilates and Cheerleading alone.
to gain any weight you would have to eat as many calories as you burn and just a little more to refuel and keep your body going.
Also if you just eat calories you will gain fat not quality wieght.
Those are just the basics but I could help you more email me at theroc7171@yahoo.com.

Assuming that you do not increase your activity, you will gain weight.
