im 14, 5' & i weigh around 80-90 pounds
i have a pot-belly and a chubby face..........
i look at some of my friends who are my
size and there like 70 pounds.. am i overweight?
what is a good way to lose weight?

woah...14, 90 pounds? that's awesome! your body weight is mostly muscle. if your friends weigh only 70 pounds then they need some food in their bodies. you will lose all your baby fat in a couple years and if you join sport teams it will really help that baby fat go away quicker

i truly believe that your face isnt that chubby and you dont have a pot belly. Everyone has a little fat and it's healthy. if people dont like you because of it, drop them. being comfortable in your own skin is most important. just have fun with what you got and love it

but again, try a sport or have more veggies. it's healthy for you and the results are even better

Oh Katie. I am sure you are NOT overweight! Muscle, bone-mass and other stuff weighs more than fat! Did you know that?

If I may say, I think a healthy, strong body (forget weight) is what you should aim for.

If you have a bit of a belly, that is simply where your body likes to store the extra fat. The solution is simple, try to incorporate exercise into your lifestyle every day (it is recommended you start slowly, like 30 min. walks) and if you don't eat more than you already do, then you will see the fat come off.

You are NOT overweight. Your friends sound too skinny to be healthy.

Just eat a wide variety of foods, including veggies, the fresher the better. And get exercise at least 3 times a week. You are still growing, so don't panic.

you are only overweight if you believe you are, and if you want to lose a little weight, get that but of the computer chair and get outside and walk, do some exercises , the younger population these days are going to have huge regrets later in life, for not exercising more, find a sport you like, turn the $#%&* computer off

your still young. dont worry yourself to these things too much. it will make you feel better if you focus on what you can do about it. and theres a ton. you can start by reading, books magazines n etc about it., listening to other peoples suggestions. or doing the basic. which is disipline yourself,to foods you eat and know what your body needs.
but i think your not too overweight my dear. so your pot belly must be caused by not moving or exercising. try not to sit after meals even for 5mins. this will help your food intake to pass your intestines-stomach faster.

The best way to lose weight is drink plenty of water, eat good healthy food, take some fat binder pills such as proactol and exercises such as aerobics, jogging, fast walk, etc...

hey, what you look like is what your are, if u want ed to lose weight though here

try getting into sports activites at least 30 min a day

try to avoid sweets and soda, and stik to the pyramid

try not to eat as much neither

a good way to lose weight is to eat healthy and exercise everyday or three to five days a week. don't think taking diet pills or starve yourself because thats unhealthy. be careful of what u eat and drink lots of water and eat fruits and vegetables. if u like chunk food, cut it. okay. that's too much
