Make sure it has all the B vitamins & C. People who live in Canada are now being advised to take Vitamin D, since we do not get as much sunlight in winter. I only take vitamine supplements once a week since I eat a healthy diet. If your diet is healthy you should not need to take one every day either.

Don't mess with vitamins UNLESS you are missing them from your diet. Consult your doctor to give you tests. Any female can take an Iron multi vitamin which may boost your energy. Be very careful you could really mess your system up by pumping vitamins in your body.

I think the Centrum is a good vitamin. Also, Olay has a good vitamin out for women as well. Even though you eat healthy we still need more of some vitamins than we get just by our food.

If you eat well then the only thing I would recommend is taking mineral supplements. Minerals are harder to obtain, mainly they are in your water but not enough in the foods we eat. They help maintain bones, teeth, nails, skin and hair. Sounds good eh?
