Fiber, fiber, fiber. The key to feeling full for an extended period of time is filling up on high density, low calorie foods. And to take the broken record around for another spin, that means fiber. You're on your way to a good start by eating lots of veggies, but some have more fiber than others. Celery, carrots, and squash (an extremely versatile vegetable) are all good ideas. Certain fruits will keep you fuller longer as well, such as apples (lots of fiber) and melons (full of water). Of course, limiting yourself to veggies and protein does not make for healthy eating. The key to a healthful diet is variety. Get creative; plan menus full of lean protein (chicken, salmon, tofu), a colorful variety of fruits and vegetables, whole grains (brown rice, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread, couscous), and healthy fats (avocados, almonds, walnuts). Healthy eating doesn't have to be boring! Stay away from processed foods (packaged cakes, crackers, frozen dinners) and refined carbs (white rice, white pasta, white bread), and you'll learn to reappreciate the wonderful taste of real food. Your body will thank you.

fiber and fats help to keep satisfied longer also. you should be consuming at least 35% carbs daily and the majority of those should be high fiber like oatmeal, beans, lentils, whole grain rice, etc. you also want to get in 20% healthy fats a day. foods like olive oil, safflower oil, pumpkins seed oil, peanuts, almonds, etc.

U should drink more water probably. Water doesn't have calorie content and it fills u up pretty quickly. Since u just started eating veggies recently, stick to the diet awhile and try to get used to it
