I have been trying 3 minutes on 3 minutes off High Intensity Interval Training and it seems to be working. What do all you PHDs think?

hands down HIIT is superior for increasing the resting metabolic rate, where the real fat loss occurs. anytime you exercise at maximum effort there will be maximal release of growth hormone which is the most powerful fat burning substance that the human body produces. it also has a very pronounced anti-catabolic effect.

How long do you go for??
Aim to do 1 hour of this and you will lose weight!
Remember to also do strength (Weights) training as this will help retain & build your muscles!!

Interval training is the best way to lose weight while increasing your endurance and fitness levels!!

You should try a little higher % for the cardio work-out....try 85% ...you will see faster results.....Good Luck Buddy...
