i'm 16 136 pounds and 5'2" can i diet at 1200 calories a day? is that too little for my age or could i get away with eating even less? (i would exercise of course along with my diet) i just wanna make sure my metabolism wont slow...

I have a problem i'm overweight or so it seems to me... I don't eat like a pig but i still tend to gain weight. About 3 months ago i came to college and all they have here is **** food (fast food), i was 185 pounds when i came to college but im 6'2 so thats not too bad but after 3 months of college i hit 210 pounds... im trying to get my workout back what kind of workout could i do to get mass and cut (both are equally important important) like im a little overweight trying to get a nice beach body...

some sort of a muscle gouping or reps or anything would help thanks = ]

I'll go like once every two days...
I'm 16... very active always running and lifting weights
and I'm in pretty good shape


I've also noticed that when I do defecate my acne seems to subside for a while

i cannnot control how much or what i eat and i have no motivation to exercise. i do play sports though. im so worried. can someone please tell me how to not eat so much. ive tried diets and i never can stick to it. about a year ago i did weight watchers for 3 months and actually stuck to it, but i didnt lose a pound. what should i do?

hi,bee on lowcarb for a while.started adding carbs back.maintained my weight untill i changed my working routine.i used to jog/run for 20min 3 times a week.then moved to TAEBO an hour 3X/week.Then, started BILLY'S ULTIMATE BOOTCAMP EVERYDAY 1HOUR.gained 4lbs since i started the new workout (2weeks).my thighs r toned.my butt isgetting there.but why am i gaining?should i change my diet?eat less carbs maybe?

I'm 13 and I have school tomorrow so I want a good breakfast that will keep me pretty full. I want to have some of my kashi cereal, but I only have like a 1/2 cup left so I'm going to combine it with some either original or light yoplait yogurt. What else should I add? fruit(i have bananas, apples, pears, and grapefruit), toast, eggs, orange juice, etc.? Thanks for suggestions :)

i'm 136 pounds, 16 yrs old, and 5'2". if i fast for three days, and exercise by dancing (30-60mins a day, maybe more), how much weight do you think i'll lose? dont preach to me plz im gonna do this no matter what ppl say. i've done a two day one before though i did nibble on some candy. this time i wont.

my goal - to look better in a dress. (wedding on Dec 29th. buying a dress Dec 26th)

i'm gonna switch to a healthier diet once i lose a few quick pounds. i'll probably go on a 1200 cal diet and eat only: veggies, fruits, low fat dairy foods and lean meats

I love eating marshmallows especially when you put them a stick and roast them over a fire. Lately I was wondering do marshmallows make you fat up to a point to make you gain weight.
