It's not going to be very fast without exercise, so as long as you're okay with that, go hard. Depending on how much you want to tighten your stomach, and how well you're going to eat, it could take a WHILE. I mean, 2 pounds a week is average safe weight loss.

Limit your caloric intake (not a lot; it'll backfire on you) and make sure you get lots of fresh, healthy foods. Cut down on pretty much anything that's processed (i.e. comes in a shiny wrapper). But even walking will speed up your progress.

Sorry to say, but getting tighter abs requires EXERCISE! Crunches (or sit-ups) to be exact. And, oh yeah...if you have fat to get rid of too that would require cardio exercsie such as walking. Why does everyone want a "quick fix"? No pain no gain. Good luck!

Drink lots of water, cut out the sugar's and starchy foods, eat lean protein and veggies, fruits!
