how much weight do you want to lose?
Are you looking to lose weight without having to diet or exercise?

don't use ephedrine, it's bad for you, that's why it got BANNED....the best supplement for dieting is EATING RIGHT, exercising comes next...if you do those two PROPERLY, you won't need any pills and your body will love you =)
but, if you really must use one, pick something that doesn't have a very high caffeine content because if you're sensitive to it, it can have very negative effects....I'd start with something with a low potency...If you're not sure, you could always go with hydroxycut, it's been proven to work pretty well in a lot of cases and it's the only FDA approved one you'll find, so it's probably one of the safest

Here are some good ideas:
1. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming.
2. Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Beans, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State.
3. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, white potatoes, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn’t be eating.
4. Drink clean water as your beverage of choice. Avoid Fruit drinks and fruit juices (unless YOU juice them yourself)
5. Stop smoking, drinking beer & wine, and drinking coffee.
6. Get 8 hours of sleep each night.
7. Hang out with people who want to be healthy.
8. Avoid anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup.
Tone up the muscles:
1. Join a gym and get a trainer.

to the idiot below me ephedrine is not banned by the FDA. it was made illegal to market and sell it for "weight loss". ephedrine was used safely by millions from the 70's until the 90's until "main stream" America found out about it and abused it. ephedrine has been in use for thousands of years by many different cultures. i'm not saying it's the best but it is highly effective when used properly and safely.
