I have a problem i'm overweight or so it seems to me... I don't eat like a pig but i still tend to gain weight. About 3 months ago i came to college and all they have here is **** food (fast food), i was 185 pounds when i came to college but im 6'2 so thats not too bad but after 3 months of college i hit 210 pounds... im trying to get my workout back what kind of workout could i do to get mass and cut (both are equally important important) like im a little overweight trying to get a nice beach body...

some sort of a muscle gouping or reps or anything would help thanks = ]

Yes. Join a gym, that is what I did. I work out there every other day during the week, after work. I even work out on the weekends. They have personal trainers, there who will work with you. There are all kinds of cardio machines. Weight training is great also.

You will learn the proper way to lift weights.
Women need to lift weights, as well as Men. Don't worry you won't bulk up like a man.

Sometimes, when I get off work, I be so tried but after I work out I feel so much better. I sleep better to.

Be sure to have a nice healthy Breakfast, in the morning, it is the most important meal of the day. Drink lots of water, and stay away from sodas, even diet sodas are no good. Eat fresh fruits, and veggies. Fresh really is best. Egg Whites for protein. Baked not Foods, and stay away from the carry outs and the fast food places.

You follow this, and you are good to go.
