If you dont exercise, a healty diet will just maintian weight, not make you lose. Am sorry, but exercise is the key.

well same here I'm to lazy to exercise but before u go to bed try to do some sit ups and push ups(that's for the exercise) for the food thing how much sports you play the more sports u play the more u burn fat and stuff and that make u wanna eat but try to eat some thing big once and that should hold you but if that doesn't try being at home less and being with friends doing thing other then food like idk sorry wasn't lookin if u boy or girl but i did see you 15 so if u a boy got out the guys and play video games and play some games if u a girl go out with girls go over one their houses and idk do what girls do then when u get home eat diner and stop there(eat like one thing by one thing i mean like sand-which or some other kind of food u have but don't over do it and eat 5 things)

maybe you aren't eating anything that is filling, like healthy fibers and stuff, try complex carbs like rice, it is filling. Considering you are 15 you may be going through a growth spurt and just more hungry so talk to your doctor about this and see what he/she says. I would guess you need to stop eating crap, don't drink things with high fructose corn syrup(all soda most juice) because it gives you a sense of being hungry when you aren't.

if you make muscle, you'll replace all your fat with muscle and keep burning calories even when you're not lifting anymore. it doesn't have to be much..just do a few reps of 5 or 10 pound dumbbells every other day.
and jump rope for 5 minutes everyday! it does wonders after a few weeks.
