I have some people telling me I should and people telling my I shouldn't. I have pulled muscles several times before. This one guy said you stretch after practice but not before. What should you do?

stretching a cold muscle is a good way to cause injury. stretching should only be performed after a good 20 minute warm up. the majority of stretching should be performed after exercise when the muscles, tendons and ligaments are warm and pliable. stretching before exercise or an athletic event does not prevent injury. this has been proven time and time again in medical study and real world applications.
