1,300 cals for an active teen is nothing you should be consuming over 2,000 cals especially if you are in puberty. depending on your body weight your BMR is probably over 1,300. add in walking around all day, exercise, etc. your daily caloric requirement is well above 1,300 cals.

the BMR is the minimum amount of calories that a person needs at complete rest, i.e. bed rest. in order for the metabolism to function normally.

have you ever seen a physician? this is the only one that could examin you and make certain what's erroneous with you. i inspire you to not hesitate. you could faint and hit your head and receive injuries, or who knows why you're feeling like this... it would be some thing somewhat trouble-free yet you will in no way understand except you spot a wellness care expert! severe blood stress, low blood stress, low blood sugar, undesirable flow, anemia... that may all be dealt with at once and actual adequate in case you bypass and permit a wellness care expert make certain what that's which you require... would not it make extra experience to ask a physician than to ask finished strangers on an open communicate board? it incredibly is like asking a plumber to accomplish suggestions surgical treatment! existence is sturdy yet you gotta shelter your self and that includes seeing a physician each and every so many times for medical checkups. sturdy luck and ultimate needs.
