i would reccomend taking a yoga, pilates, cardio, kickboxing, bosu and toning classes.you can mix and match them to how active you are and which one fits you.also, try a step class because eventhough it does not seem like a lot of effort the burning in the muscles will show that you are doing something right.also hip hop, dance classes, the elliptical, stair master are also popular.do leg presses, different kinds of crunches yet you may also consider changing your eating habits and lifestyle.do not make it a life changing experience to lose weight but rather a a life chage experience which will make you choose better.it is not all about the work out if you keep on eating the same food and have the same habits.sometimes you have to improvise things that are healthier over what you are eating to help with the weight loss.also weight loss is part cardio and part strength training to build muscle.also do not expect any drastic results in 2 weeks because if you keep going at a good pace, are consistent, eat healthy food and snacks and work out you ought to lose 1-2 lbs a week.because one lb. of fat=3500 calories to be burned, you ought to decrease your food intake by a couple hundrfed calories a day and increase your work out by a couple hundred calories additionally.you should experiment with different things before find what is right for so do not give up.good luck 2 u.

* ultimately your diet determines your body composition not the exercises that you perform. exercise only expedites the weight loss process. you should be consuming more protein in your diet than carbs, it forces the body to utilize a higher amount of free fatty acids for energy. shoot for 45% protein, 35% carbs and 20% health fats.
