i'm 136 pounds, 16 yrs old, and 5'2". if i fast for three days, and exercise by dancing (30-60mins a day, maybe more), how much weight do you think i'll lose? dont preach to me plz im gonna do this no matter what ppl say. i've done a two day one before though i did nibble on some candy. this time i wont.

my goal - to look better in a dress. (wedding on Dec 29th. buying a dress Dec 26th)

i'm gonna switch to a healthier diet once i lose a few quick pounds. i'll probably go on a 1200 cal diet and eat only: veggies, fruits, low fat dairy foods and lean meats

well first off fasting is not the thing to do. If you fast all your doing is hurting your body and it actually makes it harder to lose fat unless u do it for long periods of time forcing your body to use fat for nutrition(muscles go first). Your body will go into survival mode and save all the fat it can for as long as it can so it can feed off it as a last resort to keep you alive. The best thing to do is find out how many calories you need to sustain your weight then subtract 500. Also do about 5-10 of high intensity cardio jump rope, jumping, swimming, rowing, etc. Running is not a bery good cardio workout becasue you can run two miles and only burn 200 calories. When you raise your heart rate your body will start to burn sugar for its enrgy saving the fat for last. after the short 5-10 min high intensity go 30 mins low intensity things like walking are good low intensity workouts for buring fat. You should aslo lift weights or do resistnace trianing. By building muscle you bvurn fat faster becasue your muscle breaks down fat for its nutrients to get bigger. But currently i guess u will lose weight since you not feeding your body but i highly recomend you do not starve yourself it only hurts you in the end.

you will lose approximatly 5-10 lbs. to lose even more, stop fasting because it destroys your metabolism, and just eat extremely healthy food like apples and carrots, the kind that don't conatin a single calorie. also, dancing is just a fast rhythmic version of moving. try running and sit-ups, an hour of running will help you lose 5 times as much fat than dancing. my parents are a nutritionist and a personaltrainer, i think i know what i'm talking bout.

You won't lose any weight and will probably end up gaining weight. When you starve your body, it actually holds onto fat more than anything. Starving also causes your body to want to eat more food once your return to eating, meaning you'll have a strong desire to binge eat once you start eating again.

you won't lose much fasting for 3 days, and even worse you will put on more pounds even faster.
and you'll be tired and depressed...
go straight to the healthy diet, you have time. don't be stupid with this fasting.

aint gonna happen if youre dancing unless you sleep like 15 hours a day - not enough energy
