your food selections are excellent but the diet is not balanced. the first 2 meals are 100% carbs, there is no protein. diner is to high in carbs (should just be protein and veggies). you definetly don't want to be consuming check/milk at night, that's also a lot of sugar. there is also no fat. dietary fats are essential for proper health. you need to get fats from healthy sources like olive oil, sunflower seeds, almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, etc.

that diet is about 95% carbs. it should be balanced more like 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fats.

a better breakfast and lunch would be:

2-3 cooked egg whites
1 serving oatmeal
1 banana or 1 whole kiwi

lunch

skinless chicken breast
veggies
grapes

dinner
pork
beet and carrot soup
1-2 cups steamed veggies
small salad

grapes are high in sugar but they are still good for you. for dinner i wouldn't eat a meal and then eat cereal, they're like two seperate meals. its good that you are drinking water with every meal, it helps fill you up so you don't eat so much. i think overall you ate pretty healthy, but about the calorie thing im not sure. i think that would be a little hard to guessimate.

yes you ate healthy but you may need more grains and protien and calcium in your diet.

It was probably less than the indended calorie count that your body needs. what is your height and weight?
