Im just curious to what motivates people to get up and exercise. I try and beg my friends to join me for my run and exercise but they say no and claim they have no motivation!! Is that true, people who dont work out have no motivation or is that just another way of saying "im lazy?" Well what motivates me is fitting into smaller pants, getting compliment, and the fact that exercising just makes me feel better about myself and everything. I have more energy..So Im asking what motivates you?

Go girl.....good for you....I do it for all the same reasons you do. I'm in2fitness for life, that's for a better life. Keep it up you're self motivated, you don't need the others. I'm a natural competitive body builder so I train for shows, but it's still just for me. There's no money in it. I like looking good and staying healthy.

Hm... with meals he is stimulated in many instances, particularly with uncooked meat. However he is choosy with meals; he does not quite like puppy biscuits but when I have a few uncooked meat, and even cooked meat, he's going to get stimulated (ESPECIALLY with the uncooked meat). He's additionally toy stimulated, together with his rope toys, nevertheless, if I allow him off leash of path he'd prefer to chase birds/cats as an alternative than play together with his rope toy. And compliment... hm... good, I've nearly taught him plenty of matters making use of simply compliment. His tail begins to wag each time I name him a "GOOD BOY" in a joyful voice, LOL. But from all of the ones, I believe meals and toys are his quality motivations however even then, nothng is one hundred% (akin to keep in mind with the ones).
