Please do not be rude and call me fat, hopeless, etc. I already know that I need to lose weight.

I'm 14 years old. I am 5 foot 2 inches. I weigh 150 pounds. My body fat percentage is around 28%. Can you give me suggestions that actually work. And tell me perhaps how many calorie intake i should be eating per day. And what excercise I can do without purchasing anything. I'm thinking about joining my high school track team and do the throws. Please help?! All my friends are size 0 and I want to be that size and curvy. My jean size ranges around from 3-6.

Okay so I'm trying to lose 20 pounds. I'm 135 lbs and 15 yrs old right now.Lately I've been really tired and weak though. I went to the doctor and they said I dont have anemia but I need to drink more water.I want to work up strength first before I try to workout. So I NEVER drink water, just enough to survive I guess. If I continue for 2 weeks drinking 8 cups of water everyday and eating fairly healthy (and without much exercise) How much weight should I lose the first two weeks?

I get full eating

Breakfast:
Protein shake 270 cal

Lunch:
1 Apple
1Pomegranate

Dinner:
Boiled/Steamed seasoned vegetables

and i am never hungry after eating just that all day.. which is only what i eat and excercise on eclipptical trainer and the bike for 1 hour each day and am a very active person

and im also loosing weight ...

is this normal? cause im never hungry so its not like im starving myself , ive always been like this.

I want to lose 40 pounds and it is the hardest thing in the work. I can not stick to any diet more than 2 days and then I want to eat on every thing that I shouldn't. Is there a short cut anyone??

today i had 1 peice of bluberry breakfast bread, coffee w/ skim milk, special k bar, an apple, a pear, chicken noodle soup, & a whole slot of ritz crackers [which i feel bad about]

Okay, this has been asked before but I'm gonna ask again. Is drinking coffee regularly/daily (and sometimes twice a day) bad for you?
I've gotten into a habit of drinking it these days since it's cold weather.

If it IS bad then why so? Details, please? And is it fattening?

I know it sounds really weird, but I want a really, REALLY painfully intense ab workout. I'm talking VERY painful. I'm proud of my abs right now, but I want to push them to beyond the limit. What's is the crazyest, most ridiculous ab workout routine that you think is impossible to do? I'll try all the answers out, and then give 10 points to the most painful one.

Well my aunt [[from my dads side]] gave me this drink its 15 mL
lemon juice && 15 mL maple syrup and pour it in a 500 mL water bottle [[regular size]] and to drink 2 of these bottles everyday and it's supposed to burn fat or make me lose weight, I don't know exactly and I'm supposed to eat 2 or 3 times a day. My other aunt is a pediatrician and said that the lemon juice has food acid [[i knew this]] and it could do damage to my stomach and my stomach will hurt a lot. Now I know this drink works because today is Tuesday and I started on Saturday and I already lost 3 lbs! My stomach kind of hurts a little I have to admit. My questions is can anyone find out if this drink could be dangerous, even if its 15 mL? Research!!! [[because i have too much homework and im not a good researcher]] please send me the website and what it says!! Thankyouuuuuuuu = )

over the past 6 months I have lost over 4 stone, as i felt really miserable and rubbish. since i have lost the weight however I am even more miserable i get chatted up a lot less, feel like clothes dont look nice on me and generally feel down whats up with that?

I really want it to go away. I dont like it like when i walk it jiggles a little bit and i dont want it to jiggle at all. Same with my legs im in cheerleading gymnastics and dance so i have big thighs with lots of muscle but i still have some extra jiggle at on the inside of my upper thigh. I would like to get rid of that to but i mostley want to tighten up my stomach i dont want a 4 pack or anything like that i meen i like my size i just want it to be tighter so it doesnt jiggle when i walk? Can you help me?

Ok, so, I lost fifty pounds already and I have forty more to go, I'm just wondering, (even though several people have assured me I won't get the loose skin once I'm done) I've seen people get that really loose saggy skin when they are done losing weight, in those cases it was extreme and they were really really overweight older people, but I was wondering if that could happen to me? I'm twenty years old, this is why they say my skin won't go that way because I'm still young BUT nonetheless, I'm still somewhat worried because I was overweight for a long time.
