im 18 , 4'10 (height) ya i know im super short, and 98lb
I get full eating
Breakfast:
Protein shake 270 cal
Lunch:
1 Apple
1Pomegranate
Dinner:
Boiled/Steamed seasoned vegetables
and i am never hungry after eating just that all day.. which is only what i eat and excercise on eclipptical trainer and the bike for 1 hour each day and am a very active person
and im also loosing weight ...
is this normal? cause im never hungry so its not like im starving myself , ive always been like this.

i enjoy exercising since im free most of the time and it makes me feel good about myself and makes me stay fit.
