Not everyone should be a size 0. Sorry, it just doesn't work on every single unique body. You need to make sure you want to lose weight to benefit your health, because if youre only doing it as a quick-fix to look different or due to jealousy, it's not going to work and you won't keep off the weight.
I suggest you start a food journal and record every single thing you eat everyday (www.fitday.com lets you enter what youve eaten and see what % of the food is fat, carbs, or protein). Use Calorieking.com and discover how many calories you're actually eating and decide what foods you could replace with healthier items.
Your body burns calories everday just being alive. This is called your BMR- Basal Metabolic Rate. According to YOUR height/weight/age, you burn ~1500 cals a day. If youre active, it will be higher. Everything you do burns calories, including eating. To lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you consume. For instance, if you start a diet & exercise plan and you burn 250 calories in a single workout, you've burnt roughly 1750 calories. Eating less than 1750 calories that day will garner weight loss.
Caloriesperhour.com has a lot of exercise calculators and weight loss calculators that can help you figure out exactly how many calories youre burning, how many cals youre eating, and how many you need to cut in order to reach a certain weight by a certain date.
http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_loss.php
Be healthy about it, especially considering youre still growing. Exercises like jumping rope (jumping fast for 5 minutes burn 70 cals), sprints, jumping jacks, etc. get the heart rate going (which burns fat). Plenty of active movement that you dont even have to think of as exercise works too- dancing, ice skating, vacuuming, walking your dog, and cleaning. And don't think lifting weights give you bulky muscles.. this is a terrible myth! Lifting weights actually burns WAY more calories than cardio. If you don't have small hand weights or a gym to go to, you can do resistance training like push-ups, wall sits, handstands, reverse crunches, squats and lunges.

Okay, relax. I am very super skinny. So skinny I even have a good figure and a flat stomach. Here's what you do:
1) Run around the house every single day. Just run all the way until you get tired. You don't have to run for exactly ten minutes or something.
2) Eat less junk food. I love candy, but I decide to make better choices. Like eating mint chocolate chip ice cream instead of Snickers. Or eating salad instead of hot dogs.
3) Eat less meat. Meat isn't very healthy. If you really like meat, then try fish and sardines. They're really good.
4) Eat fruits, vegetables, and drink plenty of water. Orange juice is a perfect juice. And oatmeal is great for breakfast.
5) Try out for track after school. Sports help when it comes to exercise.
Whatever you do, just don't worry. You'll lose weight in about a few weeks.

Well there are a lot of things you can do. Yes, healthy exercise is great! Drink a bunch of water, believe it or not it actually helps. There is no "quick fix" for weight loss, it a gradual process. Healthy weight loss is about a pound to pound and a half a week. Ration your calorie intake, don't excessive junk food. If you want something sweet look for low sugar and low sodium. If your going to or do some physical activity than you can eat something salty. Even though you sweat (which I know is gross) keep hydrated! Ask a friend to join you in some exercise, it's way more fun when someone does it with you!
Hope this helps! ^_^

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Well my dear girl, you have taken the first step. You have admitted you NEED to loose weight. Next you need a life style change -- eating less, walking more, jogging at least 5 miles daily. Eating less will be the hardest chore. You have developed fat cells. We all have them. When you slow down eating the body keeps telling the brain "I'm hungry, feed me, feed me". So you pig out on muffins, candy and all those calorie bearing food. So you and yourself need to really stand stark naked in front of your mirror and tell YOURSELVES - no more, that's enough, we're going to be a size 0 by spring training. Step 3. Begin to focus on SIZE ZERO each breathing moment. When you look at the banana split say: No, No, No that's a size 14! I want ZERO! What I'm trying to say is it is largely a MENTAL process. You ate your way to 150, right? Well now you have to EAT LESS down to size ZERO. Unless you live many miles from school stop taking the bus and jog to and from school or walk or run. That will help by using up calories faster. The first 3 weeks will be horrible. But once the body begins to burn the excess fat stored in your baby cells, things will seem great. When you reduce your body mass and can fit into the next LOWER size that will be the happiest moment of your life. So you can say: 2 today ZERO tomorrow. Good luck and it's a tough and long up hill climb but you will do it. Just remember that you are an amer-I CAN. You got it. Stay positive.

... you're not that far gone, I was in a much worse situation at your age. You just need to know that this isn't going to happen unless you accept that your body is naturally fat and you will need to fight through your genetic disadvantage, and that this will not happen without a huge commitmet from you, a lot of hard work, and a lot of time.
Honestly I can't write you a workout without knowing your habits, and abilities. All I can tell you is that weightloss is not about eating less, it's about eating right. (I've done both, trust me)
You need to be more active, the track team is a great idea, but you should run too, not just throw.
Talk to your track/weights coach at your shcool and tell them about this, they will be understanding and happy to help you.
I'm so glad you are talking about this now, it will be 100X easier now than when you're 30 (trust me on that too).

I think you should lose maybe 35 pounds. I am 14 and need to lose a lot more. Try walking everyday for like 30 mins. to an hour. 50-100 situps and 25-50 pushups. You at least need 1,200 calories for you body to function properly . You can even eat 1,500-2,00 calories. Eat fruits and veggies , drink 8 glasses of water a day , eat 2 servings of carbs. and like 1 serving of chicken or fish. Tips - if you drink 8 16 oz. glasses of water that is ice-cold you can burn an extra 200 calories , eat 5-6 small meals to keep you metabolism steady, put cheyanne pepper on food to burn calories and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar taken 3 times a day burns calories. Take a muti-vitamin.

Sit ups help if you do about 50 of them at least once a day. I did 100 sit ups once a day and I started at 140 lbs and now I am 95lbs. Try it for a couble of months. It helps. But you have to make sure you are not eating too much junk food. Try Jenny Craig. My mom did that and she lost 30 lbs in 2 weeks. Good Luck!

For goodness sake....get a grip....girl. You may need to trim up some but don't compare yourself to others. Get your body in a nice pleasant shape and stop comparing. eat properly, exercise (that can be walking, swimming, just moving to some good music. Doesn't have to be structured unless you need to build muscle.
· It is important to maintain a good diet so you don't compromise your health. Damage done because of lack of nutrition is not worth a nice body. Some diet damage cannot be fixed.
·
· When you deprive your brain, the brain will take other body cells to convert to the elements that it needs. And the cells it takes are BRAIN cells. OOPS. I don't want to lose brain cells to have thin legs. But I would like to have both.
Also, a quick weight loss is usually a water loss and that loss will come back ASAP. You cannot loose FAT more than 2 to 3 pounds a week. Any more than that and you are loosing water and muscle mass (not good)
AND DON'T GO ON A DIET. DECIDE TO MAKE A LIFE CHANGE TO A HEALTHY LIFE STYLE.
1) fruits and veggies, all you want, organic, raw, vine-ripe if possible. Steamed is OK, sautéed is OK even canned or frozen is OK, but lots of them.
2) limited or no meat.
3) nothing fried
4) no FAST FOOD- is junk, no nutrition, empty calories
5) NO PROCESSED FOOD. if you can't pronounce it don't eat it.
6) nothing white, salt, sugar, mayo, milk, (or at least in moderation.
7) NO DAIRY-dairy is great for baby cows, your body does not even digest it properly. check out www.notmilk.com
8) EXERCISE- and be sure to refresh your body with water and fresh fruit
9) NO PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTS. Muscle is made from water, replace the water. You get enough protein from the food you eat, You get more protein from spinach than the supplements you take and your body does not get toxic on food protein the way it will with supplements. Supplements can really tax you liver.
10) Good supplement would be Omega 3, and Juice Plus+
http://www.juiceplus.com/nsa/pages/Home....
11) NO CARBONATED DRINKS, or at least limited. They actually dissolve the calcium in your bones.
12) Calories in calories out.
AND DON'T GO NUTS, MODERATION.
